By leasing audio tracks from ZMB Studios, you, the leasee, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Copyright Infringement: ZMB Studios and its producers are not responsible for any copyright infringement claims arising from the use of leased audio tracks. It is the leasee's responsibility to ensure that their use of the audio tracks complies with all applicable copyright laws and regulations.
2. No Refunds: All sales are final. ZMB Studios does not offer refunds for any leased audio tracks under any circumstances. 
3. Lease agreement: has no restrictions for live performances, radio play, or remixes. Basic and Gold lease must display me (ZMB Studios) as the original creator, composer, of leased beat. Lease is valid for 2 years from purchase date and must be renewed for another 2 years for 50% of intial purchase price per beat.
4. Stems: If stems are not available for a song the price will be discounted.
5. Non-Transferable Rights: The leased beat is for your personal use only. You are not permitted to sell, transfer, or sublicense the beat to any third party.
6. Permitted Uses: You may use the leased beat solely for writing lyrics, recording vocals, and creating remixes. Any other use of the beat is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from ZMB Studios.
7. Originality and Copyright Ownership Statement: All beats created by ZMB Studios are original compositions, produced and engineered by [Christopher Briggs]. As the sole copyright owner, I retain all rights to these beats. The leasee is granted limited rights to use the beats for writing lyrics, recording vocals, and creating remixes. Full rights to the beat, including the transfer of copyright ownership, can only be obtained through a separate purchase agreement.
8. No Changes to Terms and Conditions: The terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer are non-negotiable and cannot be altered or amended by the leasee. By leasing audio tracks from ZMB Studios, the leasee agrees to abide by these terms and conditions without exception. Leasee must sign digitally the purchase agreement upon completion of payment to ZMB Studios for the beat.

ZMB Studios will honor a full refund if the following criteria are met.

1: Antendee gets ill, or doesn't feel up to taking the Zoom class prior to the specified time. 

2: Must ask for a full refund either in writing by email or by text/phone call within 15 minutes after Zoom class meeting booking time slot. Per se, if Zoom meeting is at 2 p.m. The antendee must notify before 2:15 of their request for a refund. 

3: Antendee can ask at any time to redirect audio learning classes to a more basic approach of teaching or a more advanced approach.

By purchasing mixing and mastering services from ZMB Studios, you, the purchaser, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund Policy: ZMB Studios does not offer refunds in cash or card for any mixing and mastering services. In the event that a refund is deemed necessary, it will be issued in the form of a digital gift card that can only be used for services provided by ZMB Studios.
2. Gift Card Usage: The gift card issued as a refund can only be redeemed for services at ZMB Studios and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment. The gift card is non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.
3. No Changes to Terms and Conditions: The terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer are non-negotiable and cannot be altered or amended by the purchaser. By purchasing mixing and mastering services from ZMB Studios, the purchaser agrees to abide by these terms and conditions without exception.
